2017 Sherman Award Nominations and the National Patient Safety Foundation are pleased to announce that nominations are open for the 2017 Sherman Award for Excellence in Patient Engagement. Established in 2014, the Sherman Award is dedicated to recognizing innovative work that has resulted in better, safer care and improved outcomes by engaging patients and families. Nominations are due by March 3. The award will be conferred at the NPSF’s 19th annual Patient Safety Congress on May 18.
